This low fat recipe may be suitable for Pancreatitis, Liver Disease Stage 1-2 support, possible IBS/IBD and possible intolerances and allergies due to presenting symptoms. White fish long-term is high in vitamin D but most dog’s we test here at MPN, are deficient in vitamin D. This recipe is within FEDIAF guidelines.
White fish mixed species, pumpkin, courgette/zucchini, greens beans, Now calcium citrate, wheatgrass (organic if possible), Himalayan salt, Now organic kelp.
Please be careful if your dog has food sensitivities. Always introduce a new diet slowly to ensure tolerance. If blood tests showed high clinical readings, we recommend testing levels with your vet, 4-6 weeks after starting the diet. Excessive long-term use of white fish would be advised against due to possible heavy metals found in fish and a high vitamin D content. We have a selection of other low fat recipes.
We wish we had the answer to this. Many receive a plan and need additional support as many of the cases we see are unwell dogs. We do however help you as much as possible, in-between and only suggest aftercare if it is absolutely necessary.
